Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026. Draft pending legal review.

The deal

Tenpenny, run by [ENTITY], gives your company a place to keep jobsite photos. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.

Your account

The person who creates the company is its owner and is responsible for who they invite. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. Tell us at hello@tenpenny.app if you think someone has access who should not.

Price and billing

Tenpenny costs $19 a month per company, any number of users and photos, plus applicable tax. The first 14 days are free; a card is required to start and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Billing is monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid month. We may change the price with 30 days' notice by email.

If a payment fails

We retry for a few days and email you. If it still fails, the account becomes read-only: new photos stop uploading but everything already there stays viewable, shareable and downloadable. Nothing is deleted because of a missed payment.

Your content

Your photos, notes and job details are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them to run the service for you, and to nobody else. You are responsible for having the right to photograph what you photograph and for what you share through share links.

Fair use

"Unlimited photos" means normal use by a contracting crew. If an account is used as a general file backup or in a way that costs far more than $19 a month to serve, we will contact you to work it out before anything changes.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tenpenny to store illegal content, to harass anyone, or to break into the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work hard to keep Tenpenny up, and photos are saved on the phone first so an outage never loses a shot. Still, the service is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time from the app and export everything first. We can end service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for misuse, in which case we give you a way to download your photos.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. Disputes go to the courts there.
